Scope: Construction of Cat B-20 (P+5), C-08 (P+4), D-02, E1-01 (G+1) and D.I.G. Office (G+1)
A government construction project executed for the Gujarat State Police Housing Corporation Limited at Danteshwar Open Jail, Vadodara, involving five distinct structures — four residential staff quarter blocks of varying heights (up to P+5) and a dedicated D.I.G. Office building.
The scope covered complete civil construction along with full electrification works, delivered as a turnkey package for the Government of Gujarat.
